  • Except self financing B.Ed. course admission in all the courses running in Patna Women’s College is suspended till further order.
  • Admission process for LL.B course will start soon after the approval of the BCI.
  • Take out the print copies of online admission form submitted and quota form (if applicable) and send it separately to each institution alongwith the self attested copies of all the relevant documents by speed post / Registered post.
  • Check your email / mobile phones regularly for any update information.
  • Candidate has to apply separately for each course.
  • Please contact the institution concerned / email / helpline for any kind of assistance related to admission process.
  • Do not forget to keep hard copies of the application form /quota form receipt of the deposit of various charges for future reference if require.
  • Be careful if forms are being filled in by any outside agency not known and remain in contact with it even after filling up the forms.
  • Read the following instructions carefully before you begin to answer the questions. Use only Blue or Black ball point pen to fill up the particulars on the Question Booklet and Answersheet and also for marking the Responses on the Answer Sheet. Use of Pencil is strictly prohibited.
  • Write the Question Booklet Number and Series as mentioned in the Question booklet on the Answer Sheet. Attendance Sheet etc.
  • Open the seal of the Question Booklet after getting necessary instructions from the invigilator.
  • Fill the particulars asked on the Answer Sheet very carefully.
  • Four choices are given for a question, out of which one option is correct. Mark the correct answer in the relevant box. You are to mark X with Blue/Black ball point pen only in one box of your choice for each question. example, if answer to the question number 5 is B, mark the answer like this:

    Mark the Answer very carefully. In no circumstances, answer one marked can be changed.
  • Don't do any rough work on writing work or Answer Sheet. All calculations/writing works are to be done in the space provided for the purpose in the Question Booklet inself or space provided for 'Rough Work'
  • Oh demand, show the Admit Card to the invigilator.
  • Candidates are not allowed to carry any testual material, printed or written, bits of paper, pager, mobile phone, electronic device, electronic/manual calculator, drawing instruments (such as scale, compass etc.) or any other material except the Admit Card and Ball Point Pens inside the Examination Hall/Room.
  • No part of the Question Booklet and Answer Sheet Shall be detached/defaced under any circumstances
  • Befor handing over the Question Booklet and Answer Sheet to the Invigilator, confirm your Answer Sheet and Question Booklet have been signed by the invigilator.
  • In no circumstances, you will be allowed to leave the the Examination hall/room without handling over the Question booklet & Answer Sheet to the Invigilator

Instructions on Admit Card for

Patna University Common Eligibility Test (PUCET B.Com.) June 06, 2017

  • Candidates have to report at least 30 minutes before the start of the PU Common Eligibility Test (PUCET).
  • Candidate will be required to find out and occupy their allotted seats according to the seat plan displayed in the centre-notice board.
  • Candidates are directed to bring only their admit card, ball point pen with blue and black ink.
  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the room untill the examination ends.
  • A candidate must remain seated till the invigilator collects the OMR/Answer sheet and announces that ‘You may leave the hall’.
  • Before entry to the Examination Hall, the examinees will be frishked for any notes, chits, papers and books etc. They are not supposed to carry anything in the Examination Hall except admit cards, pens and pencils.
  • Cell phone, calculators or any other electronic gadget will not be allowed. Candidate should not bring these things to examination centre. Examination centre will not be responsible for loss of such items.
  • If any examinee is caught using unfair means like copying from notes, chits, book, other answer books, cell phone, programmed computer, any other electronic device or talking with fellow examinees, leaving identification marks on the OMR, creating disturbance to the Examination Hall, threatening or assaulting on invigilator or any person associated with the conduct of examination he/she will be expelled from the examination. He/she will also be debarreded from admission in any course of Patna University in future.
  • Any candidate detected in helping another or attempting to obtain unfair assistance will strike of from the list of candidates. No communication whatever between candidates while under examination will be allowed.
  • A candidate will not be allowed to leave his/her seat/Examination hall until the end of the Examination without the permission of the Examination Hall in-charge.
  • Any attempt by a candidate to render the identification of his answer paper impossible or difficult by giving false Roll Number or by intentionally omitting to state his Roll Number and Registration number as required in the proceeding Rule, will subject to his/her expulsion from the Examination.
  • Candidates are forbidden to write answer or anything else on the test book-let or blotting paper.
  • Precisely five minutes before the time fixed for giving out the question papers a warning bell will be rung. After the warring bell has been rung any outsider found loitering in the Hall or near the entrance to the building, where an Examination is to be held will be liable to expulsion as being guilty of tresspassing.
  • In any case, not provided for in these rules, as in case when a candidate is more or less disabled but still able to take the Examination, reference should be made to the Superintendent of the examination and the decision of University will be considered final in all such cases.
  • The candidate should sign the admit card, get the signature of invigilator and stamp of the College on it.
  • One copy of admit card will be submitted to the invigilator/centre.
  • Candidate will keep one signed copy of admit card with him/her.
  • Candidate has to bring the signed copy of admit card at the time of admission.
